Use and boundaries
Legal Name is used through membership lookups for workspace selection. Mirrored list fields such as Teams and Memberships are text here, not local relationships. Milestone links support business-unit and subject associations. Organization involvement does not grant access to its data.
Locally used fields
Legal Name, Lifecycle Status.
These are consumer labels and may differ from the source. Local operational links and derived values:

This mirror has no local Tags field. Its synced tags column has arrived as links to op:tags since the 2026-10-22 tags rollout, so labels on an organization are maintained in Core, not here.
Where to correct
Correct shared data in Core Record Types[Organizations]. Adjust links to tasks, targets and other operational records here. Check the column mapping, refresh interval and write-back behavior in the sync settings before relying on them. Do not assume editing a mirror updates Core. See Maintain shared records.
