All 26 current tables are listed below. Operational entities describe their fields; mirrors describe their local use. Airtable names remain in English.

Shared identity, organization and cadence definitions live in Core. Mirror pages below cover only local usage, relationships and corrections.

Collection and execution

Recurrence Configuration	A recurring request with a cadence, reporting membership and target.
Milestone	A dated outcome, used as an objective (OKR).
Task	One occurrence of work with its own deadline, status and evidence.
Metric	The definition of what is measured and how its value is interpreted.
Metric Target	An expected value for one metric, subject, period and version.
Procedure	Reusable instructions for performing business work.
Observation	A measured result with a subject, period, unit and collection state.
Evaluation	A derived interpretation of observations and targets under a named policy.

Person (mirror)	A mirrored person independent of their organizational memberships.
Organization (mirror)	The organization behind business units, memberships and objectives.
Membership (mirror)	A person’s membership in one organization, with role and validity.
Memebership	The current table used by team links, despite its misspelled name.
Position (mirror)	A role in the organizational structure, separate from its holder.
Department (mirror)	An organizational department with ownership, teams and channel metadata.
Cadence (mirror)	A shared catalog entry describing the recurrence interval and period key.
op:tags	The Core Tags catalog that every Tags column here links to.
Sync - Campaign	Core campaigns, linked only from the Tags catalog.

Supporting operations

Compliance Definition	A catalog definition of a possible duty, document or identifier.
Compliance Obligation	A duty applicable to one organization, with source and evidence.
Registration	A license, permit or identifier with jurisdiction and validity.
Assignment Role	An actor, role and membership held together for one subject.
Content	An identifiable document, tutorial or other knowledge resource.
Change Decision	A recorded choice about a change, with rationale and decision status.
Release	Evidence that a decided change was delivered.
Intake	An incoming submission kept intact through triage and classification.
Incident	An operational problem, its impact, response and follow-up.

Read the model accurately

Each page identifies real links, text references, lookups and formulas. Older descriptions can name relationships that are not implemented. Memebership serves team links. Every table has an optional Tags column since 2026-10-22; it classifies and triggers nothing. See Architecture for the map and Known gaps for discrepancies.
