Evaluation

A derived interpretation of observations and targets under a named policy.

Reviewed 2026-10-28Markdown

Input (Observation) and Input (Metric Target) preserve the evidence and comparison basis. Value and Rank are stored numbers, not formula fields. Gradeability has Supported, Unmeasured, Invalid and Unknown options. The current base has no native automations and the three n8n workflows do not populate Evaluation; do not present these fields as automatically calculated.

Use and boundaries

Field names below are the current product labels. * and ° are UI markers, not database constraints. A preferred single-record selection is not a global cardinality constraint either. The related guide explains operational rules.

Example and maintenance

Illustrative example only: a policy compares the recorded value with Target v1 and stores a derived result. It does not mean an evaluator runs.

Use the existing fictitious records to inspect relationships in the guide. Before changing fields, check lookups, formulas, intakes and workflow contracts. This page documents structure; a field does not prove that an integration populates it.
