Milestone

A dated outcome, used as an objective (OKR).

Reviewed 2026-10-28Markdown

The Data view CEO - OKR progress lists this table. Criteria describe success; Accountable identifies who answers for the outcome, while About identifies its subject. Tasks link this outcome to Metric Targets. Progress is an editable number, not a rollup. Diagnostics links Evaluation records; none of the three reviewed collection workflows calculates milestone progress.

Use and boundaries

Field names below are the current product labels. * and ° are UI markers, not database constraints. A preferred single-record selection is not a global cardinality constraint either. The related guide explains operational rules.

Example and maintenance

Illustrative example: “Improve response quality” has a quarter-end Target Date and explicit acceptance criteria. Its linked tasks carry measurable targets.

Use the existing fictitious records to inspect relationships in the guide. Before changing fields, check lookups, formulas, intakes and workflow contracts. This page documents structure; a field does not prove that an integration populates it.
