Team

A real working unit of one organization, with leaders and members.

Source table: Team in Core Record Types. A Team is a real working unit inside one organization, filed under a catalog term.

Rules and relationships

Link one Parent Organization. Departments can hold more than one department. Head Membership allows shared leadership; Members links memberships, not bare People rows. Classification Term classifies the team and is not the team itself. Positions lists the seats inside the team. The KPI consumer is still named Memebership, and two Team-shaped tables carry other names: CRM Positions and Tooling Grid view. Preserve those technical names until a planned migration.

Lifecycle and checks

Lifecycle Status is Draft, Active, On Hold, Archived or Superseded. No formula checks the team.

Source fields

Names, types, options and links are those configured in Core Record Types. The meaning is the first line of each field description in Airtable. Options describe configuration; they do not prove a rule is enforced elsewhere.
