Troubleshooting

Start from the row and the column that looks wrong. Nothing here is written by an automation, so a wrong value was typed or synced.

Symptom	Check	Correction and confirmation
Key Check shows ⚠ no system linked	System is blank	Link the System whose Sync Key equals System Key; Key Check turns blank
Key Check shows ⚠ key mismatch	System Key versus the linked System’s Sync Key	Relink System, or correct System Key; change a Sync Key only with its option and every row
Feedback typed in the CRM is missing here	System Key on the CRM row; sync status in the CRM	Correct the key; wait for the next sync; never retype it here
Feedback here is missing in the CRM	System Key is not CRM, or the source view was edited	Restore the CRM view’s filter on System Key = CRM
Maintainer (Name), Reporter (Name) or Accountable (Name) blank	Membership mirror lacks Member (Name)	Known gap; read the link chip or Core until the sync is restored
Open Feedbacks counts too few	Open rows with no System link are not counted	Link System on every routed row
Overdue Feedbacks stays above 0	Open rows past Due Date	Set a new Due Date you can keep, or close the row with Resolved Date
A decision chip shows no ADR number	Title is still Architecture Decision’s primary field	Cite by Name; the primary-field change is a Work Item
A rule’s Source path does not open	The path is under tmp/, which Git ignores	Replace it with a committed document; note it in Review Note
Work Item says Waiting but nothing blocks it	Waiting On is stale	Clear Waiting On and move it back to To Do or In Progress
A record type is listed under the wrong system	System of Record or a mirror name misled the reader	Relink System of Record; note the misleading mirror in Review Note
Operations appears as a system name	Sync Key of KPIs & OKRs	Read it as the KPIs & OKRs key; the legacy Operations base is not one of our systems

Escalation evidence

Give the maintainer the table, the row’s primary value, the column and what you expected. Do not paste webhook addresses, tokens or personal contact details into Feedback or Work Item rows.
