Systems Central

The register of our systems, their record types, rules, decisions, feedback and open work.

Reviewed 2026-10-28Markdown

Systems Central - Pedro is the base that describes the other systems. It lists every system the group builds, which system keeps the original of each kind of record, the rules those systems must follow, the architecture decisions behind them, the feedback people send about them and the work still open on them. It holds no business records of its own: no people, deals, metrics or messages.

System lists the seven Airtable bases and one n8n workflow.

Choose the right surface

Open Data in Systems Central - Pedro and work in the table views listed in Data views. The base has no grid intakes yet. Every native table is edited directly in its views. An Airtable Interface named Systems exists in the base, but it is not an operating path and these pages do not use it.

Current limitations

All 145 Work Items, all 104 System Rules and 13 of 62 Record Types still wait for review: their Checked box is unticked. Architecture Decision is empty, so the decisions are still kept as documents outside Airtable. The System “KPIs & OKRs” still routes feedback with the Sync Key Operations. The Membership mirror lost the person’s name, so three name lookups are broken. Known gaps lists each one with its Work Item.
