Products & Services

What the business sells: products, what they include, the offers that price them and the price lists that group them.

Reviewed 2026-11-04Markdown

Products & Services - Pedro is the catalog of what the group sells. Goods and services live in one Product table. Product Component says what a product includes. An Offer puts one product on sale at one price, in one unit, through one seller company. A Price List groups offers for a channel or period. Brand and Product Category name and group products.

This base publishes catalog facts. The CRM reads Offer through its Offer mirror. Product and Product Component also have publication views; confirm their consuming syncs in Airtable. Eight Core mirrors provide companies, tags, people, memberships, departments, positions, teams and classification terms.

Choose the right surface

Open Data and choose a table. The six native tables have creation intakes: each grid step shows the required inputs, routes the row when they are filled and ends with a check beside Lifecycle Status*. Use the reference views to inspect and maintain existing records. Core mirrors are reference tables. Airtable Interfaces are outside this operating model.

Reference grid captured on 2026-10-28, before the intake views and label updates. Use the current view names in this guide.

Offer grid: each row sells one product at one price, unit and seller.

Data views links every view. Rules and checks explains the check columns.

What is verified

The base has 14 tables: six native tables and eight Core mirrors. Each native table has one creation intake, for a total of 15 steps. Product, Brand and Product Category now have identity checks; the existing Offer, List and Component checks remain in their closing steps.

The proposal that defines this domain, that Products & Services is the only writer of what the business sells, is still proposed, not yet adopted. Fintable and Inventory do not read this base yet, and Vendor Quote has not moved here. See known gaps before relying on single-link rules, currency checks or downstream readers.
