Lead source

Map a Cal.com account to the accountable company and membership.

Reviewed 2026-11-06Markdown

One routing rule associates External Tool Account with Follow up Target: Company and Follow up Target: Person. Tool, Login and Tool Identifier come from the Tool Account mirror; accountability is a CRM decision.

Rules and relationships

The live checkbox is named Active with a trailing space. The workflow uses its field ID, filters for active Cal.com rows, compares normalized organizer/calendar keys against Login and Tool Identifier and uses the first match. Keep one unambiguous active rule per external account; the workflow does not reject duplicate matches. It reads one API page of rules.

No match still creates an unassigned Deal with a warning in Notes°. A seller with memberships in several companies must be routed to the intended company membership, not guessed from a personal email. Do not store webhook secrets or tokens in Note.
