Entities
Find the owner and reference for every CRM table.
The current base has 20 tables and 410 fields. Every table carries an optional Tags link to the shared catalog since 2026-10-22. Seven native tables hold CRM business facts and routing; the other tables consume shared sources. A table with a misleading name remains listed so maintainers can find it.

Cardinality and identifiers
One person or company can have many Deals and Interactions, linked through People° and Company°; a lead is a Deal at stage Lead. The Relationship table was deleted on 2026-11-04. A Deal links the campaign it came from in Campaign°, and its Interactions read that campaign through Deal°; the Campaign Participation table was deleted on 2026-11-04. Some legacy fields still allow multiple selections even when the business rule expects one; checks and picker settings are not database constraints. Use stored coreId for portable identity of shared records, Booking UID for Cal.com meetings and local Airtable IDs only for record links inside a base.
