Subscription

A commercial plan for a workspace: price, cadence, payer and seats. It grants no access.

Reviewed 2026-10-28Markdown

A Subscription records what the group pays for a workspace. Paying is not owning and not controlling the workspace, and a plan gives nobody access. The table had no rows on 2026-10-28.

Rules and relationships

Link one Tool and one Workspace whose tool matches; the pickers allow several and nothing checks the match. Blank prices mean unknown, not free. Price Per Seat applies only when Per Seat is ticked. Seat Count is what was bought; the number of linked Seat Allocations should not exceed it, but no formula checks this. Payer (Person) is for invoices in a person’s name; there is no company payer field yet. All amounts are US dollars.
