Tool
One software product or service, separate from its workspaces, accounts and plans.
A Tool is the product itself, such as Slack, Cal.com or Google Workspace. A tenant configured inside it is a Tool Workspace; an identity it issues is a Tool Account; a plan that pays for it is a Subscription. Systems Central and Communication read this table through their Tool (mirror) copies.
Rules and relationships
Enter each product once; a workspace or plan is not a second tool. Workspaces, Accounts and Subscriptions are inverse links: set them on the other row. Integrates With records that a configured integration exists; it says nothing about direction or health, and Integrated By is its inverse.
Secret Ref holds a vault pointer and is synced to Systems Central and Communication. It must never hold a credential. url and App url have no description in the base; App url feeds Tool Workspace → Workspace URL.

Example
Name = Slack; Description = Team messaging and notifications; Integrates With = Airtable; Secret Ref = a vault path such as vault://tools/slack/app-token. Workspaces then lists each Slack tenant.
