# Data views

Find every Tooling and Access view, what it filters and which views feed other bases.

The base has 24 grid views. None is an intake: there are no step views, routing formulas or check queues. Most tables have only the default Grid view.

## How to use the views

- Tool Account: **Slack accounts** and **Cal.com accounts** filter on Tool. **By Kynd** groups by Kind, **By Workspace** by Workspace and **By Person** by Identity Bindings. **ops:ToolAccount** and **ops:ToolAccount Sync** show every row. All seven show Access Token; do not screenshot, export or share them.
- **ops:ToolAccount Sync** feeds the CRM Tool Account mirror, inferred from the matching field set. Adding a column there adds it to CRM.
- Tool: **bds:Tool** shows every field, including Secret Ref, and feeds the Systems Central and Communication mirrors. **External** shows only Name, Description, Workspaces and Accounts.
- Tool Workspace **Grid view** feeds the Communication mirror. Changing its columns changes that mirror.
- Identity Binding: **Cal.com bindings** filters on Account: Tool = Cal.com. **Sync** shows every row; no consumer was found.

Column, filter and grouping settings are described for Tool, Tool Workspace, Tool Account and Identity Binding. The other views are listed by name and type.
