## Use and boundaries

Member, Business Unit and Position Held connect a person to their company and position. Membership Status describes that relationship. Access Level and Approval Limit are business attributes; they do not grant Airtable permissions.

Use this mirror to read shared facts and follow their links. Create and maintain these records in Core; the six catalog intakes in Products & Services work on Product, Product Component, Offer, Price List, Brand and Product Category.

## Where to correct

Correct shared identity, status and organizational links in Core. Check the sync source, field mapping and refresh settings when the mirror differs from the source. The table name does not establish sync direction or write support.
