# Data views

Every Data view in Products & Services, with direct links and what each one shows.

Use **Catalog** to read and maintain existing records in each native table. Creation steps belong to its **1 - Create … (intake)** section. Mirror views are named for the records they expose; **Internal companies** is the Organization subset.

## How to use the views

Start a record in Step 1 so its lifecycle is prefilled as Draft. Follow **Intake Step** until the closing view, read the check and set Active when ready. Step 1 sorts **Created At** newest first; subsequent steps sort oldest first. Each step shows only its inputs and decision context. Use Catalog for Active-record review, corrections and archival. An existing record with no lifecycle status needs Draft set in Catalog before it can appear in the first step.

## Publication and maintenance

Product → **Sync - Project Management** and Product Component → **Sync to Project Management** retain their publication settings. Confirm the consuming sync before changing a publication filter or visible column. The original Offer reference view keeps its ID after being renamed Catalog; check its CRM sync mapping before changing its configuration.
