# Base limits

How many tables, fields, views, records and attachments one base can hold on the Business plan.

| Limit | Business |
| --- | ---: |
| Tables per base | 1,000 |
| Fields per table | 500 |
| Views per base | 1,000 |
| Records per base | 125,000 |
| Attachment storage per base | 100 GB |
| Size of one attachment | 5 GB |
| Attachments per cell | about 1,000 |
| Revision and snapshot history | 1 year |
| Bases per workspace | 1,500 |

## What counts

Synced records count against the destination base. Attachments in synced tables count against the destination too.

A lookup of a lookup of attachments is the usual way to exceed the 1,000 attachments per cell.

## History

Revision history is the list of changes to one record. A snapshot is a saved copy of the whole base.

The plans page says 1 year of revision history. The revision history article says 2 years. History is per record. It is visible in the UI only. The API cannot read it.
