# Person (mirror)

Local Person usage in KPIs & OKRs; shared definition in Core.

## Use and boundaries

Membership (mirror) links the person through Member. Account Binding is an Airtable collaborator field, not a Slack identity. Slack resolution reads a separate Person mirror in Tooling and Access. Contact and identity fields are shared source data; avoid exposing them in operational screenshots.


## Locally used fields

Name, Given Name, Family Name, Account Binding.

These are consumer labels and may differ from the source. Local operational links and derived values:

## Where to correct

Correct shared data in Core Record Types[People]. Adjust links to tasks, targets and other operational records here. Check the column mapping, refresh interval and write-back behavior in the sync settings before relying on them. Do not assume editing a mirror updates Core.
