# Memebership

Local Team usage in KPIs & OKRs; shared definition in Core.

The shared definition and source fields are in [Core / Team](/systems/core/team). This page explains only usage in KPIs & OKRs.

## Use and boundaries

Task.Executor (Team), Metric Target.Subject (Team), Membership.Teams and Department.Teams point here. Its fields model a team: Parent Organization, Departments, Head Membership and Members. Preserve the exact table name when maintaining integrations. Renaming or merging it requires a separate migration; do not confuse it with Membership (mirror).

## Where to correct

Correct shared data in Core Record Types[Team]. Adjust links to tasks, targets and other operational records here. Check the column mapping, refresh interval and write-back behavior in the sync settings before relying on them. Do not assume editing a mirror updates Core.
