# Maintain the CRM

Review queues, report issues and verify changes without losing identities.

The CRM maintainer reviews integration failures and schema changes. Sellers own accurate contact outcomes and next actions. Core, Products & Services and Tooling maintainers correct their shared facts. There is no named on-call owner or response SLA; agree those assignments operationally rather than inferring them from Created By.

## Daily review

Check due work in Tasks, open Deals still at Lead, Interaction event checks, Deal exceptions and Campaign exceptions. Look for missing accountable pairs, campaign Deals without Campaign°, duplicate Deals for the same client and incomplete counterparties. Inspect Cal.com failures in n8n and compare the persisted Booking UID before replaying. A disabled automation is not a delayed one.

## Report an issue

Open Data → Feedback → main and add a record. Fill Name, choose Category = Bug, Improvement, Suggestion or Question. System Key is hidden in the current grid; use an expanded record if that context needs updating. In Description, name the table and view, then explain your action, expected result and observed result. Attach relevant evidence in Evidence File or Evidence (File Link). The legacy Interface field is not an entry point or a prerequisite. Saving the row does not guarantee notification or a response deadline.

## Change safely

Record the intended change and affected consumers. Preserve coreId and Booking UID. Compare field IDs, names, formulas, visible columns and view filters. A renamed field may leave an ID-based write working while breaking a name-based lookup. For an intake change, verify that Intake Step returns the expected label, the corresponding view filters on it, and the same row advances when inputs are complete.

## Verify and retire

Use isolated fixtures for replay and partial-failure scenarios. Check the canonical record and all inverse links after corrections. Retire Campaign in Core with deletedAt; its CRM mirror retains source deletions. Move Interactions and Tasks to the kept Deal before closing a duplicate. Do not delete or regenerate identity to clear a warning. Update these Systems pages after field, sync, view, permission, workflow or lifecycle changes.
