# Organization in Communication

Communication uses an organization as the subject of a Channel Binding. Source links such as Memberships, Departments and Teams arrive as text in this mirror, so you cannot follow them from here; open the Core record instead. The source `tags` column is text; Tags (local) is the link to the local catalog.
